Full Moon in Virgo & Total Lunar Eclipse (March 14, 2025)

Last Week of Pisces Season! Full Moon in Virgo! Total Lunar Eclipse! OH MY! Yes, there is a LOT of energy in the sky today. Happy Full Moon, beautiful souls.

            Our beautiful nighttime luminary is full and in the sign of earthy Virgo. Virgo says, “let’s organize, let’s be practical, and let’s follow through on those plans we made!” Virgo knows that to enjoy your backyard in the warmer months, you better put in the work now. Clear the yard, get methodical, and set yourself up for success. This is where the Virgo excels.

            On the other hand, the sun is sitting opposite the moon in dreamy Pisces. Pisces has abundant imagination and creativity, but sometimes lacks the follow through. At their highest expression, Pisceans master their creative minds and learn to execute all their beautiful ideas. At their lowest expression, Pisceans choose indulgence and/or disassociation.

            Virgo can be masters of execution, but sometimes get so obsessed with perfection, there is no room for fun and artistic flow. In turn, Virgos become overly critical of themselves and others. Thus, this full moon invites us to balance these two energies.

            Where are you at with these two energies? Do you have a lot of creativity, but you can never seem to put pen to paper? Or, are you more like the opposite Virgo? You get things done, but you are so methodical there is no fun factor? Maybe you are somewhere in between. For this full moon, figure out where you are on the Pisces-Virgo spectrum, and then figure out where you want to be as we move forward into the Spring.

            In addition, I obviously have to discuss the fact that we are experiencing a total lunar eclipse! A lunar eclipse occurs when the Moon moves into the Earth's shadow. Lunar eclipses are an especially potent time to eliminate energies and/or habits that are no longer serving our highest good. The sooner you let go of the past and lean into the new landscape that is your life, the sooner the universe can send you upgraded blessings.

            I believe in you. Spring is coming, and the flowers will bloom again. Nature is just waiting to come alive. So, let go of that heavy baggage, and then let the sunshine in.
